JOB DESCRIPTION
Place of Work:   Kampala-UGANDA
at St. Raphael of St. Francis NSAMBYA Hospital

Position:  Radiologist

Functions:
- Develop and maintain contacts with Hospital and AISPO Country representative
- Train and supervise the CT Technician, Radiographers and Ultrasono-graphers
- Interpret CT images
- Perform complicated ultrasonography of abdomen, goiter and vessels (Doppler Ultrasonography)
- Interpret selected X-rays
- Perform invasive procedures e.g ultrasounded guided biopsies in abdomen
- Do continuous medical education
- Offer advice to doctors on radiological investigations.

Requirements:
- Submit CV in English
- Knowledge of Italian and English
- Organizational skills and coordination of hospital activities
- Communication skills and relating with other hospital staff

Period of placement requested: 2 MONTHS from 15th/MARCH/2009

Contract: CoCoPro two month contract

Payment:  in respect to how much is expected from the salary bands MAE

Formal procedure of Selection:
