SALARIO: sulla base dei parametri contrattuali AIFO, commisurati al curriculum ed alle precedenti esperienze di lavoro.
QUALIFICHE RICHIESTE:
• Titolo di studio: laurea in fisioterapia.
• Esperienza pluriennale in organismi operanti nella cooperazione internazionale.
• Esperienza di coordinamento e/o gestione di progetti di cooperazione nei Paesi in Via di Sviluppo. Sarà considerata preferenziale una precedente esperienza nell’area Asia e Pacifico ed in particolare in Vietnam.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Conoscenze informatiche.
• Spiccate competenze gestionali, amministrative e di coordinamento.
• Capacità: attitudine a lavorare in team, capacità di gestione dei rapporti interpersonali, flessibilità ed adattamento.

SUMMARY
Total duration of the action 24 months
Objectives of the action Overall objective: To foster the social inclusion and respect of human rights of People with Disabilities (PWDs) in Vietnam
Specific objective:
1) To enhance the capacity of PWDs and their organizations in speaking out for their rights and in accessing relevant education, healthcare, livelihoods and empowerment opportunities in the province of Binh Dinh;
2) To facilitate awareness and interaction amongst different Vietnamese stakeholders involved in disability issues for the promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities
Partner(s) Red Cross of Binh Dinh Province;
Target group(s) 2.500 People with Disabilities and their families living in the Binh Dinh Province; 12.500 family members;
Final beneficiaries The local communities in the project areas and all persons with disabilities living in the Province ; local PWDs Organizations (DPOs) ; local institutions and service providers ( MoH)
Estimated results - Improved social and health status of 2.500 disabled (adults and children) through direct assistance and training of 150 community volunteers and health workers and strengthening of local referral systems;
- Increased awareness in the targeted community about disability issue, by means of extensive networking between different stakeholders and awareness raising activities;
- Promoted economic independence, by ensuring access to vocational training, job-placement, income generation and credit funds for at least 400 PWDs and 2.000 family members;
- Promoted PWDs autonomous self-representation by establishing and supporting the activities of 5 local DPOs throughout the Province, in order for PWDs to be able to speak out for their rights and be politically represented.
Main activities o Capacity Building of local actors working on disability issues;
o Mapping and inventory of service providers;
o Improvement of service referral system/networks of services;
o Promotion and establishment of PWDs Organizations and Self-help groups;
o Outreach and communication;
o Policy advocacy and implementation;
o Social and Health services provision.
“Target groups” are the groups/entities who will be directly positively affected by the project at the Project Purpose level – See paragraph 2.3 in Section II for the list.
