ABOUT VOLINT VILLAGE

VOLINT Village is born out of the desire and need to have a venue where people can have access to and exchange information on the issues they strongly feel about. Everybody with an interest in development, interculturalism, globalisation can enhance the dynamism in their lives: visit Volint, leave your "own village"... and embrace the world.

VOLINT Village raises awareness and offers training on development issues through a methodology of open and distance learning.

Various development NGOs (Non-Governmental Organisations) are connected with one another with the aim to create an electronic village, VOLINT Village, where a real cultural exchange can be achieved. All led by a culture of the web, and for the web.

Volint is promoted by VIS (Volontariato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo).
