General context of the project

NTERSOS is a humanitarian organisation established in 1992, committed to assisting vulnerable populations affected by conflicts, exclusion, and natural disasters. Our focus is on providing life-saving humanitarian assistance in Protection, Health & Nutrition, WASH, and FSL.

Our operations are grounded in the INTERSOS Charter of Values and the humanitarian principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence. We prioritise the human being in every intervention, reflecting our core values: borderless, impartial, independent, culturally sensitive, attentive to local capacity, professional in solidarity, and transparent.

Diversity is a core value for INTERSOS. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion.
